I created Girl Gang because I was fed up seeing women blame themselves, when what they really needed was guidance, support, and a plan that actually fits.

MY fitness Journey
I didn’t grow up confident or comfortable in my body.
At 18, after gaining weight, I avoided photos, felt uncomfortable in my own skin, and had no idea where to start with fitness or food. I joined a gym feeling nervous, confused, and totally overwhelmed, just hoping something would change.
Like so many women, I tried to figure it out alone. I didn’t understand calories, training, or consistency, I just knew I wanted to feel better about myself.
What changed everything wasn’t intensity or perfection. It was learning how to train and eat in a way that actually worked for my body and my life.
That’s when my confidence grew. That’s when results finally stuck. And that’s why I became a coach, so other women wouldn’t have to feel lost, intimidated, or alone the way I once did.

Not at all, babe! You can do your plan completely from home or in the gym — whatever fits your lifestyle best. If you’re training at home, all you’ll need is a set of dumbbells. Just choose ‘home only’ on your setup form, and we’ll tailor everything perfectly for you.
What if I’m vegetarian or have allergies?
Don’t worry, babe — your meal plan is built entirely around you. You can select your nutrition preferences, dislikes, and allergies during setup, and we’ll tailor everything to fit your needs. Whether you’re veggie, vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free, we’ve got you covered with delicious, balanced options you’ll actually love.
Is each month the same?

How do I cancel?
