  • Can beginners join?

    Yes! Every workout is fully tailored to you — your goals, your fitness level, and your confidence. If you’re new to the gym, I’ve got you covered with your own step-by-step program. Start light, learn the moves, and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you grow.

  • What if I’m vegetarian or have allergies?

    Don’t worry, babe — your meal plan is built entirely around you. You can select your nutrition preferences, dislikes, and allergies during setup, and we’ll tailor everything to fit your needs. MY fitness Journey

I got into Fitness at the age of 18 after gaining weight and feeling super uncomfortable. I began to shy away from family photos and I really didn’t like how it was making me feel.


So, I decided to join a gym and begin my fitness journey. I had no idea what to do and was absolutely clueless about calories. Initially, I started with running on the treadmill, then when I felt more comfortable in the gym I entered the weights section just as frequently as I was hitting the treadmill.


I enjoyed how it made me feel and how much happier I was in myself - and obviously losing the extra pounds was an added bonus. After feeling the effects of working out regularly, I decided to take my passion to the next level and qualify as a personal trainer. This way I could help others step out of their comfort zone and feel happier in the same way I had experienced.
