Why Join?

As an experienced trainer and online coach, I know that many online programs try to suck you in with the promise of overnight results, using quick-fixes and diet fads. These plans don’t work. They’re not sustainable and they’re not healthy. My program is different. There are no gimmicks. I craft the best meal and workout plans for your individual needs and goals.

When did you start getting into fitness and nutrition and why?

I got into Fitness at the age of 18 after gaining weight and feeling super uncomfortable. I began to shy away from family photos and I really didn’t like how it was making me feel.

So, I decided to join a gym and begin my fitness journey. I had no idea what to do and was absolutely clueless about calories. Initially, I started with running on the treadmill, then when I felt more comfortable in the gym I entered the weights section just as frequently as I was hitting the treadmill.

I enjoyed how it made me feel and how much happier I was in myself - and obviously losing the extra pounds was an added bonus. After feeling the effects of working out regularly, I decided to take my passion to the next level and qualify as a personal trainer. This way I could help others step out of their comfort zone and feel happier in the same way I had experienced.

What’s the biggest obstacle you face in your health and wellness journey?

When I first got into the Health and Fitness world, the biggest obstacle for me was improving my confidence in the gym. Learning a lot of new things, pushing myself out of my comfort zone to try a different machine or go into the weights area. Taking that first initial step is always the hardest.

Then it was understanding nutrition and how to fuel your body right. Getting to grips with realising that there isn't any quick fixes, no laxative tea, pills or shakes are going to help you just need to eat smarter.
